Well, this is… unexpected

Dudes.

I bet you’re tired of hearing about COVID-19. I’m tired of it. I mean, we’re all living this reality we probably don’t need to keep being reminded of it, amirite? So I’m going to keep this short and to the point.

One of my goals for this year was to finish the third Prairie Magic novel. Here’s the problem with that — it’s set during the time of the Spanish Flu and that pandemic plays a significant role in it.

I can’t write that right now and I can’t imagine you want to read it either.

The other project that would be easy for me to switch over to is the Paranormal Circus series. However, that’s connected to the Prairie Magic series and will contain spoilers for it because it’s set after the Prairie Magic stories.

So that’s not an option.

The next most obvious choice would be to work on Running on Empty which, in theory, I’m serializing but in reality I’ve only written the first installment for.

Alas, however, that series is post-apocalyptic.

*sigh*

All of this to say… honestly? I don’t have a freaking clue what romance or erotica I’m going to work on in the next few months and I’ve decided I’m okay with that.

I’m sure you are as well, but I wanted to make you aware of the situation.

Stay well.
