I have decided to officially launch this blog on March 31st and further to introduce it to the world (and myself to some other like-minded bloggers) by participating in the Blogging from A to Z Challenge.
That gives me just about two months to get this place prettied up and ready to go, and also to figure out what I’m going to blog about for the challenge. I’m excited 🙂
I’m pretty excited because I’ve got the first draft of the first story I’ve written specifically for this website finished. It’s a little sad, actually, because it’s a Christmas-themed piece and Christmas is a long time away, but at least it’s done. I’m going to let it rest a little while and then begin revising it before releasing it here.
Truthfully, if I get struck by a great Valentines Day story idea I may write and release it instead and hold the Christmas story until, ya know, Christmas. But we’ll see what happens…
Yesterday was a good day. A dear friend of mine finished up the corvidae artwork he promised me to use on my website. What’s more, he even used that artwork to create a gorgeous logo for me to use on this site. Now that it’s finished I am spending the day adding it everywhere I can so that you’ll know a Cori Vidae product or website when you see it. I’m almost done, which means I’m almost ready to officially launch this website.
I can’t wait!
