Naughty Teasers: In the Doghouse

The Naughty List came out over two years ago.

Two years!

I know, how crazy is that? Honestly, it breaks my brain a little bit to think about it, in fact I triple-checked to make sure that I was right.

Wow.

Anyway, ’tis the season so over the next few days I’m going to share some excerpts from the stories in The Naughty List with you. I hope you enjoy them 🙂

In the Doghouse

Elizabeth Black

Nicky and Angela had just begun to add a little kink to their lives when, caught up in the influence of his dudebros he forgot their anniversary and broke Angela’s heart. Angela wants Nicky’s strong arms around her again, but first she wants him to fight for her. Can one night, a paddle and some restraints bridge the gap between them?

Excerpt:

“You are not to touch. You are only to look. Our safe word is krampus, because you’ve been naughty.” I liked the authority in her voice, at that moment if she’d ordered me to run outside naked and twerk with her snowmen I would have done it.

“I’m going to take you on an adventure tonight that will make you think twice about making your friends and your games a priority over me in the future. I have several presents for you.” She patted the delicate silk that covered her slim body. “The first one is beneath this.” A wicked smile crossed her lovely face. “Now untie my kimono.”

The slick silk belt slid across my fingers and her sweet floral perfume made my heart race. My mouth had become dry in my want of her, but no mere glass of water could quench this thirst. What on earth had I been thinking to neglect her the way I had? No video game could compete with this.

The kimono slid to the floor, a waterfall of ivory silk that pooled at her feet and my eyes opened wide with delight. Angela was wearing a leather and steel corset, leather gauntlets, and leather thigh high boots. She looked like Xena at a fetish fair.

If you like a hot and sexy read, intriguing characters, and a little humor to go with the erotica, than you will love my stories. I tend to write about what is amusing and unusual, so if off-the-beaten-track appeals to you, you’ve found the right author. Curl up with one of my books, and enjoy a different world full of amusing characters and enticing storylines.

My Midnight Cowboy

Pumpkin Spice

If chocolate is the way to a man’s heart, then pastry chef Lucy Baker has the recipe for success. But will her culinary skills melt the most-hard hearted bachelor in Wyoming? A chance encounter on a New Year’s Eve flight leaves two strangers to discover unbound pleasure and a hunger for more sexual discovery.

Excerpt:

I watched Scott meticulously fold back a portion of the paper liner wrapped around his hamburger. He sized up the juicy double patty dripping with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and grilled onions. He approached the burger with precision. His first bite made my mouth water.

Rachel gently tapped my foot under the table with her boot. I could practically read her mind. Yeah, if he takes this much time eating a hamburger . . . good hell almighty.

Suddenly, a loud, slurping sound from a straw desperately in need of more soda redirected my attention onto Ben.

Ben jabbed the bottom of his cup with his straw. Colorful confetti and “Happy New Year” was printed on the plastic tumbler. Anytime he shook his drink, it looked like Times Square at midnight. Of course, Ben didn’t seem to notice. He tightened his lips around the straw and his face pulled together. Despite his chiseled good looks, he suddenly resembled a pucker fish.

Lovely.

He cocked his head toward me. “Are there free refills?”

I nodded and looked back at Scott. He was mid-way through his burger. A napkin was at the ready, but he rarely reached it for it.

Ben pushed back from the table and left a pile of crumpled napkins in his wake.

Amazing. It’s like watching Greg Brady and Zack Morris.

“Anyone need some more soda?” He stood and shook his cup. Ice rattled. “Or ice. Anyone need soda or ice?” A silly grin crossed his face and I smiled. The guy’s an idiot, but . . . Ben placed his boot on the edge of his chair and his jeans outlined his best features. He fished an ice cube out with his mouth and tongued the hollow center until it dangled from his lip.

Oh, my.

He wore the cube like a tongue ring and wiggled it back and forth in rapid succession. Suddenly, I found myself oddly attentive to his gyrating tongue.

Hmmm. Rachel nearly side-swiped me with her foot. I pushed it away and surveyed the two cowboys in front of us. Decisions, decisions.

Christmassy

Alexa Piper

When taotien Valerion and witchling Cora get together sparks fly—their relationship is sexy and antagonistic in just the right proportions. But on the way to visit Cora’s family for Christmas they encounter a supernatural predator that will not only test their individual powers and abilities, but also their connection to one another.

Excerpt:

As the car door fell shut behind her, Valerian said, “Krampusses. They always stuff themselves, have no appreciation for savoring a meal.”

“So find him,” Cora said. “You and that amazingly supernatural sense of smell.”

Valerian chuckled. “Would love to. But on the eve before Christmas, a krampus is the strongest thing roaming the wild. On that one night of the year, even I can only find one if it wants to be found. You gotta put a tracing spell on the cheating fiancĂ©, sweet Cora.”

“Huh.” Cora had only learned that she was a witch—or witchling as Valerian kept calling her—a few months ago. Recognizing and using the magic was still strange, otherworldly. It was a lot like reaching orgasm for the first time and realizing that you’d been a virgin before, except magic did not have the same quality of soar and release, it was just power, tasteless power. Or so it felt to Cora.

Can’t do much about it now, she thought, and reached for the power. It was like orienting her mind in empty space, focusing, and there the magic was. As she touched it, words came to her lips without her conscious mind knowing what it was she said. Suddenly, the winter landscape shifted color. It was normal one second, tinted red and orange the next. She heard her own voice, building to a chant. Slowly, like focusing a microscope, the color condensed and a poppy-colored trail painted itself against the snow, white once more.

“That way,” Cora said, and sprinted after the trail without turning around to see if Valerian was following after her. She just assumed he was.

~*~

Valerian stared at the empty air Cora had left behind when she had vanished. “Fuck,” he said. His fists closed around nothing and his eyes shone cold as the jeweled stars. “You gotta be fucking kidding me.”

Naughty Teasers: A Christmas Maggie

A Christmas Maggie

Tiffany Reisz

All Daniel wanted for Christmas was to spoil his new girlfriend Anya, make love under the tree, and ignore all his old heartaches. But the ghosts of Christmas past aren’t so easily forgotten especially when Maggie, his late wife, shows up to remind him why the past should stay in the past and why his Christmases future could be the best of his life if he can finally let himself live and love in this Christmas present.

Excerpt:

Daniel sat forward in the chair, suddenly more awake than he’d ever been in his entire life. In front of him kneeling on the floor by his feet with her chin on his knee was Maggie, his wife who had been dead and buried for years.

“What?” he asked again, his heart pounding wildly in his chest. “What are you doing here?”

She gave him a wicked blue-eyed smile, her chestnut hair falling in waves around her oval face. She didn’t look a day over thirty-five, younger than he’d ever seen her. In fact she looked breathtaking—so young, so beautiful, so untouched by the pain and suffering the cancer had inflicted on her, the cancer that had killed his beautiful wife.

“Merry Christmas, Daniel.”

Daniel didn’t bother asking any more questions. How Maggie got there . . . why she was there . . . he couldn’t care less. He came out of the chair, dragged her to her feet, and held her more tightly in his arms than he’d ever held anyone in his life. He didn’t know what to do—hold her for eternity or drag or to the ground and make love to her for the rest of his life. It had to be a dream after all. Didn’t it?

While he decided, he kept his arms around her, pulling her even harder against him.

“Good thing I’m dead,” Maggie gasped in his ear. “Or you might kill me.”

Daniel laughed through tears as he buried his face into her hair and inhaled. Vanilla . . . Maggie’s hair always smelt faintly of vanilla.

“Don’t say that. Don’t say you’re dead. I know I’m dreaming so at least let it be a good dream,” Daniel whispered, pulling her even closer, so close he could feel her heart beating against his chest. He loved that feeling–heart to heart. After sex he would stay inside her a few moments just to relish that sensation as long as possible.

Maggie reached up and pinched him viciously hard on his arm. Flinching, Daniel laughed and pulled back to look at her face.

“You’re not dreaming, Daniel.” Maggie grinned at him.
